Yes I am new....and not that good
Well anyway i've noticed these like emo shots where i think it was once a photo and then it was edited into like a black and white cartoonish person and thats really cool so if you coulda tell me how. I also draw pictures and i guess i can scan them but they alway turn out crappy. So if ya have advice...?
